Buckle-up & Distracting the Driver – Safety Sheet
Here is an easy way to teach buckling up and distracting the driver to your little ones. The seatbelt needs to be placed over your shoulder and not behind the back. The seatbelt also makes a “click” sound whenever it is secure. Easy way to remember is, you went to quick if you didn’t hear the click.
Your child can color the image below of Lil’ Iguana and his friends buckling their seatbelts. Then write a story about buckling up before a fun road trip. Share your children’s art work with us on Instagram or Facebook with hashtag: #liliguanafun
